D’ New Victoria School Foundation of the Philippines Inc., is a dedicated in:

Diversity Statement

We are an all-inclusive school which acknowledge the hope and aspiration of every distinct individual in our humanity, to learn and get education by devotion to their unique qualities. These include age, culture, gender, physical challenges, mental challenges, emotional challenges, sexual orientation, social upbringing and learning styles.

Educational Philosophy

We are a progressive constructivist school that teaches to every exceptionality of every child and every distinctive classroom. The D’ New Victoria School models its curriculum on these following beliefs:

  • Joyful learning environment lays the foundation for enduring learning and progressive thinking.
  • Students understand learning when they participated in finding the answers to their questions and when knowledge is embedded in meaningful classroom and non-classroom activities.
  • It is important to us to educate the entire child on academic and character excellence: emotional, social, physical, and intellectual.
  • It is our commitment to educate the child with reason, morals and knowing how, so they learn to think deeply and relevantly about them and use their understanding to inform all of their beliefs and actions. We believe in building habits is building the characters of the students.

  • Our small class size and emphasis on family allows our teachers to form lasting, meaningful relationships with our students that instill a desire for success and enduring love of learning.
  • D’NVSFPI identifies and appreciates the range of learning styles within our student body. Our teachers apply differentiated lesson plans and methods of assessments to insure effective student engagement. Our team of learning specialist’s works with small groups to provide additional academic scaffolding and skill reinforcement as needed.

My name is Grace P. Luceño, LPT. I was born and raised in Pototan, Iloilo.I am a graduate of Bachelor in Elementary Education specialized in Reading at West Visayas State University, La Paz, Iloilo City. I dedicated my 19 years of service at D’ New Victoria School Foundation of the Phil’s., Inc. from a teaching staff to administration.

Rebecca C. Reyes

Head of Office of Admission and Scholarship

I'm Miss Rebecca C. Reyes, graduated Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English at The Fisher Valley College. I have 2 kids and a thoughtful and loving husband. Currently the Head of Office of Admission and Scholarship. Subject taught: English, Filipino, Geography, Personality Development.

Teaching Philosophy:

Teaching the learner ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS through a CARING SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT will enable them to be a productive citizen of the world

Melith M. Seraspi

Primary Years Program Coordinator

I'm Ms. Melith M. Seraspi. Graduated Bachelor of Elementary Education at Innovative College of Science and Technology. I was the salutatorian in Grade 6 and received a gold medal from Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo for the Excellent award. Former Sanguniang Kabataan Kagawad in our Barangay.
